Good to know. Ford was trying to pro-rate my Fusion Energi's battery when the thing died with less than 6 months on the calendar after I bought it (12V battery had a year old date code). They told me the thing was only warranted 100% for the first year and pro-ration happened after the first year. Happy Ford changed that.

Beyond that, make sure there’s not water in the 12v chamber. Make sure the rear hatch is closing correctly and not flashing ajar. If it’s really dying every day, I think you can pull the Sync fuses and leave it overnight or 2, and if the battery is fine, you can assume it the MFT system, and see if that’s up to date.
